How To Pay
Trade Customers:
a) Payments for Goods (including all relevant delivery charges) may only be made using a UK debit card, credit card, bank transfer, or on an account basis. The establishment of accounts with credit facilities is solely at our discretion.
b) Should we agree to establish an account with credit facilities, the payment terms will be 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. In the event of default, we reserve the right, without prior notice to you (even if you have a contract with a third party), to:
I. Terminate any pending orders or quotations;
II. Withhold and/or suspend supplies; or
III. Reduce your credit limit.
c) We also retain the right, at our discretion, to demand payment for any and all amounts owed for Goods supplied, regardless of whether these amounts are typically due for payment.
d) You are required to make all payments owed under the Contract without any deductions, whether by set-off, counterclaim, discount, abatement, or otherwise, unless you possess a valid court order mandating that an amount equal to such deduction be paid by us to you. We maintain the right to set off, deduct, or discount any amounts owed by us under any other agreement with you against any sums owed to us under this Contract.
Consumers:
a) All payments for Goods (including any applicable delivery charges) must be made in full and in advance, using a credit or debit card or via bank transfer.
b) A payment will not be considered received until We have obtained cleared funds.
In the event that we are unable to collect any payment owed to us, we will impose interest on the outstanding amount at a rate of 4% per annum above the prevailing HSBC Bank plc base rate. This interest will accumulate daily from the due date until the actual payment date of the overdue amount, regardless of whether this occurs before or after a judgment. You are required to pay us the interest in addition to any overdue amount.
Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and any claim based upon use of this website shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Returns
We may not be able to provide refunds on items that are custom made (bespoke) unless they are faulty.
